Why can't this be used on lawns? Lowe's 'description' says it's only for flowerbeds & veggie garden but not for lawns. WHY?


THIS PRODUCT IS FOR MULCHING BED AND ALSO USED IN THE SOIL FOR ORGANIC MATTER. WHEN PUT ON TOP OF A LAWN IT WILL SURPRESS THE GRASS GROWTH FOR WHICH IS NOT WHAT YOU WANT. THE SAME THING AS LEAVING A TON OF GRASS CLIPPINGS ON TOP OF YOUR LAWN.
