If set to chime, will it keep chiming until door/window is closed? Also, could I use these on a refrigerator door? If not, do you have anything?

Hello Valued Customer, we appreciate your question. No, when set to chime mode, our GE Personal Security Window/Door Alarm will chime one time when opened. Yes, our alarm will function with a refrigerator door. However, the alarm needs to be mounted within 1/2” or less between the two pieces for this to work properly. It is preferable to have it as close as possible.
