Yes, the alarm has an OFF/Chime/Alarm switch in the side.

Hello Valued Lowe's Customer, thank you for your question. Yes, the alarm has an OFF/Chime/Alarm switch in the side. To disarm the unit, toggle the switch to OFF position. Please make sure that window, door is closed before rearming.
