Can you use the chimes instead of alarm?


Hello Valued Lowe’s Customer, thank you for your question. Yes, the unit has an OFF/CHIME/ALARM switch on the side. Slide the switch to the chime position. When in chime position, if the door or window is opened, the chime will sound. It will sound once again when the door or window is close and reopened.
