Do you absolutely have to use a particular washing detergent, or is it okay/safe to use my usual detergent?


Hi there - Great question! High Efficiency liquid or powder detergent is recommended. HE detergents are low-sudsing and specially formulated for high efficiency washers to provide excellent whitening, stain removal and clothes care. Detergent pods may be used but must be placed in the basket before adding the clothes. Homemade laundry detergent has not been tested therefore we do not recommend using it in high efficiency washers. Thanks so much for checking! -Mikayla
