Our washer shakes violently during the last 15 min of a cycle. We tried to level it better but hasn't helped much. Is this normal?

I just bought this washer and dryer also. It is the drum bouncing up and down during spin cycles. Sounds like a jack hammer. Very poor design.

Was this Answer Helpful ?I just bought this washer. I’ve double checked that’s it’s level, yes I used a bubble level. Still extremely noisy when spinning. Disappointing!!
