I bought 6 boxes of these bulbes. 2 boxes did not work and a third box worked for one day and then stopped working. Are these bulbs junk.


I have a GE240RES120-B ballast, which is posted on your Table 6 chart as valid, but when I put in the new universal bulbs,,,, no lighting comes on,,,, any suggestions?
