We connected 4 strands together and can’t get all white or all blue. They are white then blue but never all the same why?


We called GE, and they said that you cannot get the lights to be one color and then the other. They will continue to alternate (blue/white/blue/white for 4 sets plugged together) unless you plug them in individually.

Please be sure you have removed all but the first control box before wiring the additional sets together. The feature options then are: 1. Steady White 2. Steady Blue 3. Slo-Glo 4. White Slo-Glo 5. Blue Slo-Glo 6. White Flashing 7. Blue Flashing 8. Change / Twinkle Flashing 9. Off
