Is this Gavalume? Is it the clear coated or uncoated?

They call it Gavalume which is a fancy name for electrically applied zinc meaning it is microscopic in thickness and will weather off in just a few years and rust through in a few more years. This stuff is so cheap it should be against the law to sell it and foist it on the poor unsuspecting soul out there.
