Does this prevent weeds? Also how long until your dog can walk on it?


DOMINATOR Mulch Anchor isn’t a herbicide, so it won’t fully stop weeds but can help slow their growth by keeping mulch tight. Once dry, it’s safe for pets and people to walk on. It dries in 4–6 hours, but we recommend waiting 24 hours before allowing foot traffic for the best results.

DOMINATOR® Mulch Anchor XL doesn’t kill weeds or prevent them from growing. However, locking your mulch in place helps reduce mulch disturbance, making it harder for weeds to take hold and grow. So, while it’s not a weed killer, it can help slow down weed growth.
