It doesn't work

I recently purchased this product at my local Lowe’s Home Improvement and applied two coats over a couple days of warm weather. The result was very disappointing. The adhesive did absolutely nothing. Really Works

I cleared a hillside with a 45-degree slope and mulched it. First, I covered the ground with a rough mesh to give the mulch something to cling to. This product works great, but opening the 5 gallon container was very difficult

First, the reason I almost gave up on this product and gave it one star, but I gave it 4 stars instead. I ordered the 5 gallon container, 4 of them, as I had a lot of small rocks to lock down. It took me about 30 minutes to get the large cap removed. I don’t know why it had to be screwed on so tight. the cap is about 3 inches diameter and too big for my arthritis plagued hands to loosen it. It’s too big for any wrench or vise grips I had. Works great on rock paths!

This is great stuff! We believe it works best on rocks (pebbles, decorative rock gravel) that it does on mulch. We used it successfully on about 100 ft. of rock paved pathways in our back yard and so far so good. Much, much easier to clean (air blower or jet stream water) without dislodgment of rocks. Used another brand at first - we didn’t see much difference. Both worked fine. Expensive…but worth it!

Does not “glue” gravel

Even though the product was easy to apply the gravel is not secured and continues to be reshaped, and or kicked/moved when touched. I think “glue” is not the correct word to describe this product. A waste of money

Great Stuff!!

I applied DOMINATOR XL to my recently installed gravel walkway and fire pit area. It was recommended to apply 2 coats for best results. This weekend project has saved me so much time with cleanup after mowing! All the grass clipping and debris now just blows right off the rocks! I no longer have to shuffle through all of them to get a clean appearance. The rocks have bonded very well and feel solid now! Love it!

This product DOES NOT WORK

I have watched the video and read everything online on proper use and prep and this thing does not work, I used this whole bottle and it did not stick 1 rock! I am already disputing the charge with my bank and I need a refund

Better off using Elmer's

I should've been more skeptical that you could spray it through a standard garden sprayer. Did a test run on a small area with an entire gallon and didn't seem to do anything. The mulch is still very loose. For the price, if you want to spend $1000 you may be able to have this work for you.

Does Not Last

At first the pea gravel seems to be well secured. After a few weeks the gravel starts to come loose. I used the correct amount the first application. After seeing areas coming loose I applied another gallon. Every time I sweep, more gravel is swept away. I'm thinking an actual epoxy mixture is what is needed for a permanent fix.

Like all glues, works best on rock/pebble.

Outstanding for pebble size rock and gravel, 1/2" or less. For natural or rubber mulch, you have to use quite a bit more. But this is true for all these 'glues'; you need lots of contact area for things to stick together. Darkens things a bit and makes them glossy, but that's to be expected and not a big deal.
