MIne did not come with the tighteners - anywhere to purchase them?


The Rome continuous bannister kit is designed as an addon for the Rome starter bannister kit. The starter kit contains the cable tensioners while the continuous kits do not. Since these come as prepackaged kits you will need to reach out to Dolle USA directly for any additional/spare parts (info@dolleusa.com)
