An extra 12 lb. bucket of this sat unopened in closet until days ago; I opened, found 1/4 " to 1/2" layer of clear liquid on top; Still okay to use?


Most likely, yes. Just thoroughly mix it in. If the compound turns uniformly smooth then it should be fine.
