We are considering the 120 inch width. Do the two supports hold this weight well? is the bar straight? Seems like a lot of weight for 2 brackets.

I have 5 shades, two are 120 inches. Installed a year ago with the two end brackets and no problems. I'm planning to order a custom sized one this year.

Mine was pulled from the two top mounts last week, the wind was not that strong, max of maybe 14 MPH, I'm going to have to come up with something bett

When I installed the 120", I inserted an 8' aluminum angle rod into the center of the bar, along with a 48" hardwood dowel. Very little sag.

We have the 120 in Pewter;no sag. Tie it down with the bungees (not too tight though)in wind or it'll bow the thin aluminum bar; and you'll get sag.

I mounted mine with to two end mounts and it works fine, no sag

Mount a SMALL 1” straight caster under the center for support & will ROLL to prevent wear

I was wondering the same thing myself. But I ordered the 120" anyway. My workers just installed them, and when the tie-back balls are set in their housing, it indeed bows in the middle about an entire inch. It doesn't affect the functionality though. Would be nice if there was a mechanism that could support the roll mid-way across, but not sure how that'd be engineered without inhibiting the shade from doing it's job: rolling up and down! I imagine a different brand may have a stronger roller bar. But other brands have huge price jumps. If you can deal with the visual bowing and need the 120", I suggest you try this model anyway.

Your right the shade bows just hanging on roller. They made rollers smaller and the shades wider go figure.

It's plenty light so there's no problem with the two strong supports. Still. works like brand new and no additional bending from what I noticed earlier. The initial sag was really unnoticeable except for my picky eye and it didn't affect performance this past year.

Not a problem for us. Noticed a curve in the bottom rod when we hook the cords, but no problems as of yet.
