Do you have shorter top rail lengths or does purchaser need to cut them to size? If need to cut, what tool?

yes, the toprail comes in 6 foot lengths with sleeves to join the toprail over the posts. If you need to cut a 6 foot piece down we recommend using a 60 tooth blade or higher in a miter saw. The structural aluminum cuts very easily this way. Thanks for your question!
