Is the top-rail included in the kit? If yes, how many pieces for 16 feet handrail. If more than one piece, how the pieces connected together?


Hi Charlie, yes the toprail is included with the kit. For a 16' handrail you get 2 8' pieces and they are joined at the center with a sleeve that comes included.
