How do I change the batteries on this stupid flaSHlite... I unscrewed the 3 little screws then had no other option??


The previous answer is right. I had to bang and bang to get the battery holder out then found the batteries were badly corroded. Time for new light.

No. Those screws should not be removed. Most likely what's happened is that your batteries leaked and the battery holder insert with 6 AA batteries is stuck inside. Tap lightly on hard surface to loosen battery holder from inside the flashlight. Once batteries leak, the flashlight may be ruined. Good luck.
