Yes it does. It comes with an extremely nice carrying case made of plastic. I could stand on it and it wouldn't break. It has spots in it for you to put your router bits into and they seat really well in the case. The wrenches also lock into their place. It even has a compartment for the manual! The only bad thing about this case is that there is no place to store the screws that come with it to mount it to your router table.
