In order to spray before outdoor temp reaches 85 degree (per instructions) I would have to spray when morning dew still on grass. Is this okay?

Thanks for asking! As long as the dew is not too heavy to weight the grass down you can apply in the morning. We also offer Fungus Control For Lawns Granules that can be spread with a spreader and watered in. The granules do not have a temperature restriction for application. *please read and follow all label directions before using the product
