will it bond cloth to leather,I have leather jacket i want to attach navy patches too

We would recommend our 3M 80 Rubber and Vinyl Spray Adhesive for your application. But please note that this is an industrial strength permanent adhesive which may be difficult or even impossible to remove at a later date without damages one or both of the surfaces. Thanks for asking!
