The delicate plastic clips that hold the wand in the tilt mechanism broke. Where can I order part# FCXTILTER2JSTEM to replace? Apparently not @ Lowes.


The parts of the tilter on the Trim+Go faux woods are not available separately. We do have the wand adapter that pushes up into the rail that clips the wand in place. Please reach out to us at 1-800-538-6567, one of our product specialists can look into this to see if we have a replacement part. If the part is not one that we can send, the Trim+Go blinds do have a Limited Lifetime Warranty of 5 years so we may have other remedies under a warranty. - Kimberly
