I do not have my receipt after three years and the store does not have the capability to look up for my receipt. What can I do?

My apologies for any inconvenience. Our stock warranty is a refund of the amount spent for the blind before tax with a copy of the sales receipt. As the purchase was made at Lowe's; we do not have a record of the purchase. You may want to contact Lowe's to see if they may be able to pull up the receipt for you. Diana
