Just bought/installed Trim+Go blinds. My window is not as tall as the blinds are long. The bottom of the blinds "curl" back up. What can I do?


Dave, I'm sorry to hear that the blind is not working correctly for you. If the faux wood blinds are too long for the window they can be shortened. The blind can be shortened by 24 inches or up to 12 slats. As long as it it shortened within that range the blind should have enough weight for it to remain down. It can be returned if it is not staying down as it should. I apologize for any inconvenience. - Kimberly
