This has been installed. It’s too long and the tilt mechanism is broken so the tilting doesn’t work. Can this be trimmed shorter and the tilt part be repaired? Can I bring it to Lowe’s to repair it? Do you sell tilting mechanism parts? Thank you

the tilter can 100% be replaced! I just did this on the same blinds. you have to order the specific part for it and there are youtube videos showing how to do this.

I'm sorry, the Trim-Go blinds cannot be retrimmed in width, but we do have instructions on how to adjust the height. The tilter cannot be replaced. The blind does have a 5-year warranty. Within 90 days of purchase, the defective blind can be returned with the receipt to your local Lowe's retailer for a refund.
