How do you lower the blinds? They only go up. I have 5 windows and it's the same on all


They are extremely tough to pull down. My wife couldn’t pull. I have to tug on the bottom rail to pull down hard. Design issues. Company to Fix it.

Hello, you can lower the 2" faux wood blinds by pulling them down by the bottom rail.
