Is there anyway to have the wand open and close the blinds in the 2 directions? Ours only goes all the way up it will not tilt them downward

Thank you for your question Katie. The Trim+Go faux wood blinds are only manufactured and tested to be tilted downward. They may not close tightly tilting them upward. Since the blind is not tilting downward as it is intended to, you can return it to your local Lowe's retailer and have it exchanged out. My apologies for any inconvenience. - Kimberly
