I bought these blinds in 72” lengths. We we surprised to find a wand in the packaging was 18” long. We can’t even use the wand, too short. Help!?!?


can you get a wand to extend beyond 24 inches. This is a problem for our blinds that are alredy installed

Thanks for your response. All of our purchased blinds that were 72’ long came with only one short wand. Must have been an issue at the factory in packaging. Interstate, when we call the company they said that was correct - a short wand, the rep then said “you get what you pay for” wow. We can’t even make that up.

Hello. The Lowe's should have wands available that are 24" long. The wand in the box should have been in two pieces were you can add another wand to make it longer. - Travis
