I asked this question a few weeks ago. Diana answered me said I could exchange 2 blinds. Hard to pull down. Need 5 slats taken out is there a charge?


Not returned yet. No boxes a problem? Better half had surgery. Not sure he wants to remove slats again. Will talk to him thanks Kathy unkel

Good morning. I hope that you had no problem exchanging the blinds and that they are working better than the last ones. There is always a chance that the inside mechanisms get banged around during shipment and they do not operate correctly. As far as the shortening of the blind; Lowe's does not offer that service.
