We bought these blinds a year ago and loved them. Now they are warping and curving on the sides. Help! We do not have our receipt


I'm sorry your blinds are beginning to warp. Unfortunately with our stock blinds we would need a receipt in order to process a warranty refund. How many blinds are there total that have warped? Please give us a call at 1800-752-9677. Our hours are Mon-Fri 9am-6pm and Sat 10am-2pm. If you purchased with a Lowes card we can us that as well. - Travis
