My blind is all the way to the end. It will not go back up. I have given it a quick tug, slow tug, hard tug. Down to the end of line. suggestions?


Try pushing it up from the bottom bar. It's not like a roller blind, where you tug it down in order for it to rewind back up.

This should not be happening with the Faux Wood Blinds. I am sorry that the blind is not operating correctly. Please return the blind to Lowe's for an exchange or refund.
