Why are my cordless blinds extremely hard to pull down after raising? The force I have to use is compromising the installation. This is not good.


I do apologize there is an issue with the lowering of the shades. It sounds like this may be a mechanism issue and if less than 90 days old can be returned and exchanged at the store. If more than 90 days old please call customer service to discuss the warranty.
