Is there a way to fix the slats if they look bent? My last two boxes look bent up when hung.

I'm sorry you have blinds with bent slats. Unfortunately there is not a fix to that. Please email a copy of your receipt along with description and number of blinds with issue to consumer.service@levolor.com. One of customer service specialist would submit a refund request. Upon approval you will receive funds to purchase replacement blinds. My apologies again for the inconvenience. - Travis
