I’ve installed them but how do i lower them? The instructions are heavy on the install, extras, etc but not how to utilize them for their purpose!


Hello Sarah, I apologize for the trouble that you are experiencing withe the Faux wood Blinds. All you need to do to raise and lower the blind is to pull down on the bottom rail to close and push up to raise the blinds. Diana
