Decent Product, Be prepared to invest alot of time

The Quefor product is somewhat lightweight and easy to work with being .25" thick. It is possible to make it look very good but be prepared to invest significant time and effort into it. It can be very brittle working on the edges so be careful. I used this for a Tray ceiling. First I sanded it with 120 then 150 grit on the Orbital sander. Used a 9:1 combination of General Finishes wiping stain Nutmeg:Walnut. 1 coat on the ground, then cut & Installed in a 8x10 tray ceiling in a Chevron Pattern....

Chicken Fatted Wood Bundle

This was the worse product I have ever purchased from Lowes. Buyer beware when you buy pre packaged items that the pieces underneath the first or bottom layer are far inferior to what is showing on the first piece. I bought two packages of this because the first board looked so good very few to no knots. Also said on the package that it was paint and stain ready. The top and bottom boards maybe but the middle were completely unusable. I like to refer to this purchase as being chicken fatted...

Tongue and groove

Easy to use, nice finished project. I did encounter a few pieces with edge damage that were salvageable, but in the 4 or 5 packs of six pieces, there was one board that was so warped that I couldn’t use it. I took it back to the store and had to buy a whole new pack for 1 piece. All in all, I would recommend it though.

Lots of damage.

Poorly package with an average of 15% danage. Alsonmost stores the packages are all open and if you try to explain that they are sold in packs of 6 the cashier and 2 managers tried to tell me it is $24 per plank. Even when showing the listing. Lowes has gone down hill in quality and customer service.

Decent Product but overpriced and overstated

I purchased twenty some packages in order to stain and put on my basement ceiling instead of a dropped ceiling. Based on some prices stated in online articles I found these to be a lot more expensive then previously stated. The product would still be a bit cheaper then dropped ceiling and a lot nicer looking. Terrible Product, extremely poor quality.

Only two boards in the package were decent. Every one of the other boards had huge knots and imperfections. Some knots were to be expected but there were many that were dislodged with cracks and holes needing to be filled. These are also definitely NOT stain grade. Also, the thin boards make the edges extremely fragile. Some were broken in the package and some broke during installation. Affordable, make sure to check for warping etc

It’s affordable and easy to cut. You do need to check the lot carefully for warping or broken pieces. I primed twice before painting and the tongue and groove looks great.

Good for my basement redo

This has worked well for finishing off rough studded walls in the basement of our new house. I did not want to deal with the hassle of carting big sheets of drywall into my basement and the mess of finishing it. For my purposes, these have worked well. Easy Installation and Beautiful Finished Product

I installed this product as a chair rail and backsplash in my kitchen - liked it so much I then decided to use it on the ceiling of our attic bedroom. I used the wider plank side in the kitchen and the more traditional beadboard look on the bedroom ceiling.
