Roomba i3 EVO
This operates fine, but my problem is the dust bin is just too small and needs to be emptied often. It does a great job cleaning, but it fills the bin too quickly and stops cleaning. It would not do the scheduled cleaning because the dust bin was full. I've returned this a got one with the dust bin tower so it can empty itself.

Horrible technology with horrible customer service
I bought the roomba and within a week (using it twice after the initial mapping) the spin brush stopped working and it stopped vacuuming properly. I contacted customer service and they were completely unhelpful. Every time I responded, I got connected to a different customer service rep. I attached the receipt multiple times, but they kept saying that they could not initiate repairs without a receipt. Four weeks have passed now, attempting to just get a replacement part for a brand new nonfuncti...

Great cleaner
This robot works well. I programmed it to clean different rooms so I don't have it do the whole house each time. Will occasionally leave larger pieces of dirt but picks up 99 percent of the dirt.

I am very disappointed
Bought a I3+ and it would never work correctly. I kept getting the spinning light. I tried rebooting, disconnect battery for a few days, I called a vacuum repair shop (they said it had to be sent back for repairs) they couldn't help me. I ended up getting my money back and I doubt I will ever buy a Roomba again. It was a Christmas gift on top of that, so it was a disappointing Christmas to an extent.

Not good with pet hair
The vacuum needs help to empty every time so it can never clean on its own. Would recommend, but not if you have animals

Love my Ruby
We have mapped the first floor of the house and I love the fact that I can select specific rooms so that if I'm working she can clean the rest of the rooms and not disturb me. We have a second one for the top floor. So far the cleaning has been quite good. I also like the messaging for when she might get stuck or when the bar needs replacing.
