How Many Ways Can Lowe’s Screw Up?
Was told product was lost in delivery and I’d get a credit. So I bought the product elsewhere. Then it arrived but I don’t need it any longer. Lowe’s will not issue refund.

POOR QUALITY
One side of this piece of wood was not completely smooth. It had writing on it and needed to be sanded or planed more. There was also a divot on this same side. The packaging was poor and the edges had damage. Whoever packed this should have known better than to send this defective product. I returned it to Lowes with no problem but still need a piece of oak.

I needed a smaller size, and could not find it locally. This fit the bill. Wood was nice, packaging was good. The wood arrived undamaged.
I'd do a hard pass. Packing was exceptionally good, wood was in good shape when received, but pretty plain.

The packing for an expensive piece of specialty wood was marginal. The wood itself was of excellent quality, so why risk damaging it with shipping? I was looking for a limited length and this fit the need which I could not find locally.
