Blind can be shortened in width up to a maximum of 4 inches and height up to a maximum of 10 inches or 5 slats
Decorative crown moulding style valance included to complete the look
34.5-In W X 64-in L White blinds can be mounted inside or outside the window frame
Heads rails are constructed of vinyl of long-lasting durability

Valence Clips/ Finishing Issues
Blinds are a nice bright white but the backs are yellowish. Doesn't matter except the end finials are also this yellowish color and they show if used. The blinds open and close easily. The clear clips that hold the valence piece onto the blind top are very hard and, while sliding them on, they were breaking the thin edge that hold them on.
