I purchased mine in Sept 2022. The quick connect part deteriorated Apparently that's the name of the part It holds the hose up. It's a lifetime warranty so they replaced it for free. The part should arrive next week. The person I spoke with understood my problem immediately. He was very thorough and processed it quickly.

Don’t purchase off brands. Stick to Moen or Delta.
Installed with just a trickle of water coming out. Bled the lines. Ordered and changed the cartridge. Replaced valves. Checked aerator for debris. No change in water flow. Returned faucet. Bought a delta faucet. Works like a charm.
