Super easy to install. Picked it up on clearance; I don't know if we'd be happy with it at the full price. Mixed feelings about low-flow devices. Entire assembly is plastic and feels inexpensive. But works perfectly fine a few months in.

Nowhere does it explain the actual usage of this product, or perhaps it was left out of my package but either way it's on the manufacturer to ensure the end user has a CLEAR AND COMPLETE description of ALL specs, features, functions and instructions. Pretty..yes. Functional… eh.

I really wanted to like this, as I liked the look of it and I loved the idea of a rain shower option, or hand held. Rain shower feels good, but lacks good enough water pressure to rinse shampoo/conditioner out of long (thin) hair-it takes forever. I can’t imagine if you have super thick hair…! The handheld may be even worse for water pressure- I have to take it off the wall and hold directly on my scalp to get soap out. Doesn’t seem very efficient when you have to run it 5 times longer than show...

Nice looking

Very nice look, but too many plastic pieces. It simply didn’t fit my shower wall. Would have required drilling and with the plastic parts would have needed replaced in a few years. Now I have holes in my tile.

Disappointing

Bought two of these as part of a remodel. Main shower head is deceitful as it appears to be pattern adjustable though it is not. Pressure is substandard I have to put forth extra time and effort to get soap out of my hair. The suction cups failed to hold on both shower heads. The FAQ suggests screwing into the wall though with its both disappointing performance and reviews suggesting this thing is going to fall apart anyway I don't want to drill holes in my tile. The ease of installation was surprising.

Leaks and Cheap Quality

Installed and turned water on to find that the only leaks were from places you can't tighten. It leaks from the joint where the head connects. The finish looks nice but scratches from a fingernail. The whole assembly is lightweight cheap plastic and not what you want for an item in this price range.

Not only works well but it looks great.

Needed removable shower head. It was easy for my son to install. He had no issues. This allowed me to better care for my elder mom. Love it.

This faucet only worked for about 2 months before it started leaking at the mounting collar.
