Would Recommend

The Calacatta Luisa is a perfect upgrade! Our previous granite was dark and made the whole kitchen look drab. This quartz totally transformed the entire space. Yes, there were some problems dealing with Lowes but the end product is perfect. Installers were professional and it looks amazing! Also, the price of this quartz is very reasonable.

HORRIBLE experience but beautiful countertops

First of all, there is no one in the Lowe's store to help you order countertops. We had to place an order ONLINE. From the time we placed the order it took 2 MONTHS to finally have our quartz installed. 2 MONTHS. Sage Surfaces was horrible to work with - their customer service reps (when they actually answered the phone or replied to an email) were rude and condescending. The Lowe’s process for custom countertops has changed and no longer works. Five years ago we installed a Lowe’s countertop in a kitchen with great results. In August, we placed an order for our new home at our local store. The whole process was turned over to a second entity available only through a 1-800 number.
