Both shelves arrived with dents because the only protection is the cardboard packaging. Chose to keep the shelves because if I returned them, the next ones would probably be the same; I just positioned the worst dents against the wall. Poor quality, received dented and scratched!
I bought 2 towers and it was scratched up and dented when received. Also, the cams that locked the pieces together were cheap and one broke along with one of the stud heads. Okay, I kept it cuz it is going in a closet and maybe dents aren't that a killer....but it's new! SO, I then decided I'll get some shelves (6') to put on each end and hang 2 closet bars.
