When we received this it was cracked in half, I would recommend if you get this you pick it up at the store so you can inspect before you take it home, now I have to deal with the hassle of returning it and a delay on my project,

I have one of 4 opened and cut by me contractor that has significant splits, dents, and a huge dip between boards. My contractor is trying to push me anyways but I am done even if I won't have a stove and dishwasher for another 4 weeks. Cracked in the Middle?
We had this shipped to the store to pick up Jan 7th, it had a missive crack spanning the entire block that occurred during shipment. What they could’ve done to crack an entire butcher block I have no clue. The box had some damage on it as well. When I went to return it, the Lowe’s employees basically told me I had to just return it and order a new one myself, with no offer to even help me order a replacement or clarification on when my refund would come through so I even could order a new one. ...

Product delivered unusably damaged
Delivery was fine, but upon opening it we saw that the entire piece of butcher block was split end to end all the way through. It was held together by no more than a handful of intact wood fibers and a prayer. Unfortunately was cracked in the middle
Unfortunately was cracked when recieved. Large gap in the middle did not have any glue holding it together. I was unable to accurately determine if the damage happened during shipment or when it was dropped at the front drive.
