Had this for about 6 months before the faucet would get stuck in between both modes and start screeching. Contacted support and they said we need to return the entire sink for a replacement. I'm not ripping a sink out and redoing my plumbing because of a bad faucet head. Terrible experience.
faucet losing pressure and leaking
bought this in Nov 2024 and a little over a year later after noticing the pressure for the hot water was deteriorating until the point of no water. looked at the connectors and the washer for Theo hot line has deteriorated and broke. I don't know how to get this fixed without having to purchase a new faucet.
Low flow rate
The sink is fine. The faucet has been losing flow rate for months now and is to a point that it is unusable. I've checked every connection and cleaned the aerator but nothing corrects the low flow. I need to replace the faucet and will try to contact support.
Everything is perfect
It was already purchased six months prior, and afterward, we installed it ourselves. It was very easy to set up, and it is also very quiet during cleaning. Everything is perfect.

Kitchen sink
We liked the way it looks and what we need. The only thing is we have been waiting for a week and half to get it installed. Nobody has called us to install it, or give us a price to install the sink

Extremely pleased with this product
So far the kitchen work center sink has been exactly what we needed. Much more space to work with and the extras that come with it have saved time as everything is right there. No walking from cabinet back to work area. Was easy to install. Had to cut the corners of the counter a bit as it is square cornered instead of normal rounded corners. After that it was a breeze. It is worth the money.
