The shade is nice for light filtering and privacy but the material seems like it's paper instead of cloth. The shade has torn on different ones in my home because of accidentally grabbing the shade with the latch when pulling down or pushing up. How do you fix that? I have no idea so I'm saddened that we spent so much money on these woven paper shades and a couple have tears in them. It's not right.

Defective
I received one of these shades ripped. I bought it on sale and couldn't get the same price on the replacement, so I would have to pay an additional $20 for the same product. This is a horrible policy.

Easy to install and works well. Maybe order them an inch or two longer than the measured opening if you want the bottom to sit on the window sill.

Good product
I’ve been using this particular product for quite a few years. Since I moved, I had to buy a few more. I specifically like this one, since you can also bring it down from the top a few inches when you want more light but want to keep your privacy. My favorite part is how easy it is to dust them unlike traditional blinds. A bit pricier this time around though.

Extremely delicate!
We bought these just over a year ago [April 2025] & they began tearing nearly on day one from being opened or closed. I thought these were fabric, but they tear extremely easily. I'm ready to replace these after spending major money on what I'd hoped was a quality product. Never again!
