Lock is unreliable
I only had this lock a few years and it stopped working and just blinks numbers when you enter a code. Yale made me do a bunch of things before even trying helping to help me try to fix it and nothing worked and then they told me to buy another one and offered a lame 20% off coupon. Why would I want to buy something that doesn't work correctly and that they don't support!?

Worked great for 8 months and then stopped working
Worked as described for 8 months then reported a jam which is jammed electronically and wont reset to work again.

Fell apart after 1 year
The device looks great and functionally does what I hoped it would but it has fallen apart just 1 year after purchase. It lacks durability and that brings down the value. I wish they would improve the design or extend the warranty period given how likely it is to exhaust it's usefulness around 1 year.

Handle casting defect
One of the handles had a casting deformity and would not fit onto the cylinder. I had to file the inner diameter down to get it to fit and seat properly.
