Works ok, but the construction is terrible
My dad and I bought this to do some odd jobs months ago, Finally got around to using it for the first time last weekend. It mixes fine, but the pin that holds the drum in place so it doesnt tilt fell apart 15 min into the job. We mixed 44 80 lb bags, 10 bags in the powder coating on the inside of the drum started falling off, and by the time the job was done, almost half of the back side of the drum, came off. So product ok, but construction is sub standard

Built Well
I've mixed well over 100 80lb bags in my unit so far. All is well. Easier to clean out with rectangular bar mixing fins that are offset from the drum wall by about 3 inches (no seems for concrete to setup). I wired up a remote switch to control the on/off with no issues (wiring diagrams are good). Good electric mixer, would recommend.

Assembled in just 25 minutes, it easily mixed 3 60lb bags of premix concrete (put the water in first!). It sits high allowing a large wheelbarrow to fit under when dumping. The ability to swivel also to the side makes it more convenient.

This concrete mixer is so easy to assemble. All hardware is mounted on a cardboard instruction sheet with step by step numbers.
Need To Check It Out/ Shipping Box Was Mangled
Looks like a possible crack or defect in the drum. I won't be using it until mid-September to know for sure. It may be a flaw in the paint. Also, some of the bolts had a HUGE philips head. This is stupid and regular bolts would work much better. I don't know anyone who would have such a huge screwdriver. Needed to be delivered in my garage, not the driveway.
