I had thought I was missing a piece and wrote a negative review. Would delete that review if I could figure out how. I had turned a page in the manual and thought I was on to the other side of the swing set and mistaken about missing a piece. All pieces were packed. I’m a 65 year old grandma and was able to assemble the swingset entirely by myself. No power tools needed. It took me two afternoons to complete it. My 5 grandchildren, currently old enough to play on it, ranging from 1 to 4 yea...

Missing a critical part
Received the packaged swing set quickly. Instructions have been easy to follow so far. Got to the page in manual about the support legs assembly and discovered they had not put one of the leg assembly pieces in the box. I've been trying to call XDP Recreation repeatedly and it goes directly to voicemail. I have e-mailed and facebook messaged as well. I will possibly change this review if they can rectify this situation quickly.

Huge pain to assemble. My kids are 13, 7, and 3. My 13 year old daughter weighs under 90 lbs. 7 year old weighs less than 60lbs, and 3 year old weighs less than 40 lbs. If 2 are swinging it pulls up so far out of the ground, even with anchors that were purchased separately. The slide came apart quickly and bent so is unfixable. The bolts can't be tightened with a regular drill, idk if you can get different attachments for a drill to work with these but the tools it came with to tighten by hand ...

Description is misleading
Swing set was nice, however description says metal and wood, there isn't any wood in this swing set Also the swing chain covers are flimsy plastic rubber tubing and they were all dented and dinged up

Good for smaller children!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a pretty simple swing set. It took me few hours to set up as the instructions took sometime to figure and some area/holes didn’t line up well. The quality is not bad and we love that it doesn’t take up much space in our backyard. It’s not as sturdy as our public playground swing set, but it serves its purpose and keeps our kids away from iPad for sometime.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am amazed by how nice this swing set finally turned out to be. It took my husband 4 hours to put together!! The instructions were not helpful at all. Most of the pieces didn't quite line up correctly. You'll need your own tools. And some bolts my husband said. But he put it all together and it looks beautiful. My little ones are having a blast!!
