[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lamp holder is just what I needed. The adjustable clamp has great holding power, and it stays in position. The 6’ cord seems durable and will last a long time. I like that the light socket is porcelain.

second time doesn't work for me

I liked the product, but when I ordered it it was for store pickup. I guess it was not in stock so they automatically ordered. I think when they auto ordered it it should have been sent to my house instead of me having to make an extra trip to the store for pickup. This is the second time in a month that this has happened. If I had known it was in stock that day I ordered it I would have tried to find it elsewhere since I was needing it for the freezing weather the upcoming nights.

No on/off switch

Works fine but no on/off switch is an absolute PIA and only 6ft cord requires an extension cord everywhere...the lamps I was replacing had 10ft cords but unfortunately aren't currently available locally & I needed one in a hurry.
