Too noise

Junk
Bought this just over a year ago for my outdoor kitchen. It has been used no more than 15 times and now the motor is squeaking. It stops immediately after it's turned off rather than slowing down to a stop. Sounds like the bushings are going out. I buy a lot of items from Lowe's and this is the only item that I got 3 emails from Lowe's letting me know that the warranty is about to expire, wanting me to purchase an extended warranty. Hmmm, I wonder why?

It looked twisted in the wall
The part that touched the wall was level but the end with the controls was out of level. It somehow was twisted. Don’t buy this from Lowe’s, I tried to return it and Lowe’s wouldn’t take it after 48 hours. That is a pathetic return policy. When I go to pick up $1000+ of materials I don’t install them all in the next day or two. This isn’t my first issue with Lowe’s return policies but it will be my last. The product was poor and Lowe’s was worse.
