What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the lightweight design, quiet operation, and ease of use, with most highlighting excellent performance in small to medium yards. The 40-pound weight and one-lever height adjustment make mowing effortless, while the dual 40V battery system delivers sufficient runtime on a single charge. Reviewers consistently note the quiet operation compared to gas models and appreciate the versatile cutting options—mulching, side discharge, and bagging without tools. Assembly is quick and straightforward. A small number report battery connectivity issues or difficulty starting, though these concerns remain isolated and don't diminish overall satisfaction.

Blade is 19.5" while this is sold as a 21" mower. Blade is wimpy - hit a stump and it bent - I've never before had a mower blade get bent. Batteries get used up quickly and charge slowly.

We had a Kobalt in 2021, it had issues starting in 2024. We fixed and fixed it. Then it completely stopped in 2025. Feels like a great waste in money.
